Cost is $60 per exam (non-refundable).  Three forms of valid identification are required: Indiana Drivers License or Identification Card, Birth Certificate, and Social Security Card.  Registration must be completed at the School City of East Chicago, 210 East Columbus Drive Chicago, GED Room 303.  Please call the Office of Secondary Education @ 391-4100 ext. 341 for further details.
