Professional Claims Management, Inc. is pleased to announce our website (http://www.professionalclaimsmanagement.com/)! As an employee of The School City of East Chicago, you have access to your claims information. In order to register, please perform the following steps.

  1. Visit
    2. www.professionalclaimsmanagement.com
  2. Click on ''Employee Access''
  3. Click on the bottom left box labeled ''Click here to register''
  4. Completed the information requested on the screen (be sure to follow the format requested, for School City of East Chicago the group number is 100) click Next
  5. Complete the second page of requested information (again in the format requested). YOU will create a user ID and password. The password IS CASE SENSITIVE AND MUST BE 8 CHARACTERS LONG. Re-type your e-mail and password EXACTLY as the first entry. When complete, click Finish.

PLEASE KEEP A RECORD OF THE USER ID AND PASSWORD YOU CREATED

When the above steps are complete, an e-mail with your Registration Code will be sent to the a-mail you provided. Once you receive the a-mail with your Registration Code, go back to the website and follow the below steps.

Click on ''Employee Access''

Provide your User ID and password and click ''Login''

Enter the user ID and password that you created is step 5 above.

It will ask for your ''Registration Code'' - this is the group of number (or letters) that was e-mailed to you after completing the beginning step 5 above.

Fill in the Registration Code when prompted.

Congratulations! Now you have access to your data. We hope you find this information useful and easy to use.

NOTE: Please allow 60 days from the processed date for the claim to be paid.
