Photo Tips
- Do keep the camera
dry.
- Do keep the LCD
panel out of direct sun.
- Make sure the
battery is charged.
- Instructions for
inserting the floppy disk into the camera are found on the camera.
- Beginners might want
to use the auto features of the camera.
- Check out the camera
before the event you want to capture and take practice pictures.
- Take both indoor
and outdoor photos.
- Take pictures with
and without the flash.
- Charge the battery!
- Avoid pictures that
are brightly back-lit unless you use the flash.
- Proper lighting is
important with digital photos.
- Get in close to your
subject. Fill the LCD screen with the image you are shooting.
- Take many pictures
of your subject; you can delete any you do not want to keep.
- Make sure you take
the lens cap off!

function to save with a new name

Emailing
Digital Photos
- There are two
methods of emailing.
- Select INSERT from
the menu.
- Select PICTURE
from the menu.
- The picture will
be inserted directly into the text of your email.
- Select ATTACH from
Icon bar... choose FILE.
- Find the filename
in filelist box... choose OPEN
- The picture will
be "attached" to the email by an icon that is opened by
double clicking on the icon.
